Fees, Schemes and Insurances

Payment of Fees

School fees for the academic year are charged in three instalments on a termly basis.

The termly tuition fee includes all teaching materials and books. Lunches and after school care are charged separately. Music and LAMDA lessons are charged on a termly basis (based on 30 weeks' tuition over the year).

Payment in full is due before the first day of each term. You will receive your bill via email approximately one month before payment is due.

Direct Debit - termly

Payment by termly direct debit is our preferred method of payment. You can set up payment by termly direct debit at any point by completing the direct debit mandate and sending it to us.

If your child is moving from Warwick Preparatory school to King’s High and you pay your current school fees by direct debit you will still need to complete the King’s High direct debit form.

Direct debit payments are taken from your bank account on the first day of each term.

Monthly payments

Monthly payments are also possible via School Fee Plan. Click here to access our page on the School Fee Plan website.

Please note that School Fee Plan charge a fee for this service.

Other

You may also pay your termly bill via bank transfer, or card payment over the phone. Details of how to do this will be included on your bill.
